Production processes

Thanks to our capabilities, we provide an independent wide range of efficient technological solutions, we design production processes and manufacture automotive components. We also provide design of production processes including assembly and production start-up at the customer's site. Activities are conducted on the principles of simultaneous engineering. Our strategy is to develop products and production processes in the automotive industry. This capability enables us to design technologies already in the early stages of products. For the purpose of technology and process design we use virtual analysis, FMEA methods and feasibility studies based on statistical analysis of existing comparable processes.

Guidelines for conception and design of engineering processes:

• target quality assurance by means of good process stability. To conform to zero defect requirements we use advanced, automated systems of characteristics control and traceability, integrated into production processes.
